Kozy will get back to you within 2 business days via email or Kakao Talk to confirm your request and arrange the pickup schedule.

Once confirmed, we will proceed as follows:

  • For Refunds:

    • A Kozy team member will visit your residence to inspect the bedding condition

    • If eligible, we will collect the bedding and provide a cash refund on the spot.


  • For Exchanges:

    • A Kozy team member will check the current bedding at your residence.

    • A new set will be delivered and the original items collected during the same visit.
